Eugene McLaughlin
Graduating with honours from his marketing degree Eugene 's first job was in North America developing international marketing strategies for companies in Northern Ireland . Since then Eugene has been involved in many innovative marketing journeys, with an interest in lecturing when time allows at the College of Business Studies , Brunswick Street . Eugene founded Grow Sport with Colin Telford and the journey continues.

Eugene is responsible for the development of the Grow Sport marketing strategy and designing tailored programs to meet our clients' needs.

Colin Telford
A professional footballer with a career that has seen him play at Manchester United, Raith Rovers and Glentoran F.C. and along the way earned 22 youth international caps Unfortunately, Colin was forced to retire early at the age of 26, due to a recurring back injury.

Colin stayed within the footballing community at a coaching level, which seen him coach in North America while studying youth development.

For the last 2 years Colin has been studying advancing human potential and ethics through personal and development training with the Executive Success Programs at Albany , New York , U.S.A.

Colin founded Grow Sport in partnership with Mr Eugene McLaughlin to develop coaching further. Colin is responsible for developing coaching structures, event management and club consultant.
